The following is required to be implemented due to the large number of requests lately. In many cases, especially with last minute requests, it's impossible to determine if a class is moving ahead or should be canceled.

-If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

-If you purchase the incorrect class quantity, such as a quantity of "2" instead of "1" for yourself, you can receive a refund for the additional ticket, but minus an administration fee (15% of the class fee) to cover the PayPal refund fees and administrative time.

-If a class is postponed due to inclement weather or instructor illness, the class will be rescheduled for a future date. Efforts will be made to reschedule on a date that is agreeable for all, but in some cases this will be impossible. If you cannot attend the reschedule you will receive a credit to attend another class.

-If you can't attend a class you enrolled in, a refund will be not be given. Class swapping (exchanging for a future class) is not allowed. This is similar to the policies at all other arts organizations.
