If you've taken the "On Location Photography" class, this is the perfect follow-on! Same concept, different locations. We will focus on creating a photo essay(s) of your choice- a cohesive body of work that tells a story.

We tend to visit (subject to change based on weather and city events): Old Town Alexandria, Georgetown, Dupont Circle, West End of the Mall and other locations.

All cameras are welcome: DSLR, mirrorless, film and iPhone/Android.

We'll meet online August 1 or 8 (for a photo review) and August 29 (for a photo review). We'll meet in the field for the other sessions. MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS.

Images submitted for the photo review can feature post-production. If you shoot in RAW, please convert to JPG. Get a Dropbox.com account, upload your photos, then "share" them with me so we can view them in class.

Please enroll by the Wednesday (7/7) prior to the start of class to receive the appropriate contact information and meeting location.

Students provide their own transportation. If the class does not meet minimum enrollment, your class fee will be refunded. Class sessions will be rescheduled if there's inclement weather. Bring your camera, charged battery and lenses. There's no need to bring a tripod.

Sundays, July 11, 18, 25, August 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29, 1:45-4:45pm, $360
